I would just like to extend my extreme thanks to everyone at Nucleus Healthcare who was involved in my recent Gastroscopy with yourselves.

As someone who had a really bad phobia about having a camera down my throat, just to walk through your door on the
morning of the procedure left me quaking. How wrong could I have been. Everyone from start to finish was truly amazing, the nurses were so professional and even more importantly for someone as nervous as I was, went way beyond their duty with their kindness and understanding, what a brilliant team you have.

Can I also say for any of your patients dreading this test please don’t as there is no certainly no need.

My husband and I arrived prior to my endoscopy. As usual we were put at our ease as soon as we walked through the door. All the staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and we are never rushed. Everywhere is always spotlessly clean. Even my husband is “looked after” whilst he waits for me . He send his thanks for the tea and newspaper. In the 3 years the family have been patients, Nucleus has maintained these very high standards of physical and emotional care.
