Financing Treatment

We welcome everyone to Nucleus Healthcare, whether you have private health insurance or are paying for your own consultation, investigations and continuing care.

If you have health insurance, please contact your insurer to confirm that your policy is valid and it covers you for the categories of treatment you could receive at Nucleus Healthcare. Some policies may not cover all aspects of your care.

You will need to request an authorisation number prior to your visit and may need to fill in a pre-authorisation letter which your insurer will send to you if necessary. Each different procedure will require a new authorisation number before we are able to continue with your treatment package.

If you are paying yourself, please ensure you are fully aware of the cost of your treatment and aftercare. You will be asked to pay in full for each visit when you arrive. An invoice will be given if required listing the care package you are to receive.

If you are a self pay patient please note that we accept credit or debit cards, cash and cheques (please allow 4 days prior to any procedure for cheque clearances).
